Processing and shipping

Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days. All orders are personally packaged by us and shipped from the Netherlands. 

All orders will be shipped by standard letter mail shipping (untracked).

 

Shipping rates

The shipping rate for standard letter mail is calculated based on the weight of your order. These rates are subject to change.

We use PostNL mailing services to ship your orders. 

Local rates (the Netherlands)

EU / International rates (note: we are currently not shipping abroad)

Estimated shipping time

• Local: 1-5 business days
• European Union: 4-8 business days (note: we are currently not shipping abroad)
• International: 6-14 business days (note: we are currently not shipping abroad)

These are estimations based on regular business and cannot be guaranteed. If postage delays are in order in your country it could delay the arrival of your order as well. 

 

Customs duties / fees
We are not responsible for any customs duties or fees incurred on your order. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
